Robin smiled and walked off into a promising direction. "Alright, I suppous he can't pick off what rabbits and squirrels we can find. Xeno and I were going to fish before the river freezes over..."she looked to the right then the left and back to Snowrunner whispering slightly,"If we come across a deer, do you think we should take it? I know there is only two of us so lets just a small on but meaty enough to feed the pack."

Snowrunner nodded at this, his bright blue bangs falling into his eyes.

“ Yeah… I do not wish to sound too bold… but if it snows before we finish….. And we find a deer. I know the two of us can take it down. I’m built for being a snow hunter, and I know how to run cross the snow and ice with ease. It’s both the benefit and burden of being born as a cold climate wolf.” He smiled sheepishly. It almost seemed with the colder the weather grew, the more sure of himself Snowrunner was becoming. Once more back in his element. This wolf knew what he was doing.

((Okies, we're going to have to cut this roleplay hunt short. I kind of want things to be moving again.))

Robin didn't taking it as a bold remark, just some good information. She didn't know of Snowrunner being snow hunter so she was glad that she does now. She too somewhat knew how to live through the snow but does not have the experiance he does. As they drew more forward she caught sight of what looked like a few good sized rabbits. "Ready?" she spoke low and calm. "Let me snatch that plump one for Blackie, as requested."

Snowrunner nodded at this. His ice blue eyes training upon the rabbits.

" I'll sneak around and chase them back here." He whispered to her before swiftly moveing through the brush upon silent paws. Suddenly, waiting for the right moment the white wolf sprang forth. Chaseing the rabbits back towards his friend with a snap of his maw.

" Comeing right for you!" He shouted as with a twist of his head he grabbed a rabbit by it's back end and shook it fiercely in order to snap it's back, only to drop it and try to snap for another. The more they caught, the more they could feed...

Robin lowered her body to the ground to keep her self invisable to the on coming rabbits. As they stirred their stumps and Snowrunner called to her, she launched out with powerfull hinds and came apon her choosen rabbit for her alpha. In a quick second the poor thing's back snapped in two with in her jaws. Satisfided with that catch, she let it be and when one for the next vittle for the pack.

She hadn't had this much fun with rabbit hunting in a long time. Even with her sight failing her, it didn't stop her with chasing down these things.

After snapping a few of the rabbits up Snowrunner panted. Comeing to a stop and looking about as the rest had escaped off to their hideing spots.

" I guess we best be heading back." He sighed at last as he looked up to the sky wondering what time it was. It had to be getting late by this point.

Robin too on her part, snatched up a few rabbits and laying them in the spot where she had placed the extra plump rabbit for Blackie. Bringing her head up from the small rabbit pile, she licked the tangy blood from her lips.

She looked to the gray clouded sky then back to Snowrunner, "Right. I feel as if its nearing late and I don't want Blackie to wait anylonger." She nodded and began to head back with the Winter-bare food.

((Alright, lets head back to the other board. Blah I can't wait for Xeno and Robin's pups to arrive. Which will mean more members for Laith. :3 Yay.))
